Agros International’s headquarters are in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, WA. We have a staff of 10 focused on finance, administration, fundraising, and marketing. Together we are motivated by Jesus’ love for all people, and particularly for people with few resources with which to feed, clothe, and educate their families. Additionally, at times there are positions open in the Central American communities where Agros works. These staff members are native to their respective countries so that they understand the cultural nuances of the communities with which they work. Director of Development: What if you could be a key driver in changing the trajectory of generational poverty for families in Central America? We’re looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial development professional to serve as our Director of Development. This full-time position reports directly to the President and is part of the Executive Leadership Team, works closely with the Board Development Chair and all members of the Board of Directors.

OPEN Work Study & internships IN SEATTLE:
Work Study: We work closely with local colleges and universities to employ state-funded work study students in accounting, marketing, resource development, and programs. Available positions are described in our internships below.

volunteer in our seattle office:
Volunteers are the heart and soul of Agros.
- We have a need for someone to help out at our reception desk on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:30 am-5:00 pm. This would include greeting guests who visit the Agros office, fielding phone calls and doing light office work.
- Our program department is in need of volunteers that can help with Spanish translating projects.
