Agros International’s headquarters are in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, WA. We have a staff of 15 focused on finance, administration, information technology, program management, fundraising and marketing. Together we are motivated by Jesus’ love for all people, and particularly for people with few resources with which to feed, clothe, and educate their families. Open positions in the Seattle office are posted here.

Additionally, at times there are positions open in the Central American communities where Agros works.  These staff members are native to their respective countries so that they understand the cultural nuances of the communities with which they work. OPEN Work Study & internships IN SEATTLE:

Work Study: We work closely with local colleges and universities to employ state-funded work study students in accounting, marketing, resource development, and programs. Available positions are described in our internships below.

Finance Assistant: We are looking for support for our Finance and Accounting department. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a quick learner, and passionate about international development. This is an unpaid position with the opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic nonprofit setting. volunteer in our seattle office:


Volunteers are the heart and soul of Agros.

If you are interested in any of the following positions, please fill out our Volunteer Application and email to Kathy Riper.

  • We have a need for someone to help out at our reception desk on Thursdays from 8:30 am-5:00 pm and Fridays from 8:30 am-12:30 pm. This would include greeting guests who visit the Agros office, fielding phone calls and doing light office work.
  • Our program department is in need of volunteers that can help with Spanish translating projects.
