Regional Human Resources Officer

Before working for Agros, I spent almost 10 years working in the apparel industry, holding positions of HR Manager, HR Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to Vice President.  I also have significant experience in office management and hold a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.

My job is to provide staff management solutions, based on organizational priorities by establishing a comprehensive competency model in all processes inherent to human capital. I believe that this is best accomplished through an HR system that will allow management's team leaders and members to have the tools required to provide high quality assistance. This allows staff to provide Agros beneficiaries with tools to develop their capacities and create a better future for their families.

I came to Agros because I was looking for a career in an industry that makes a difference in peoples’ lives. As a believer of Christ, there is no better job than applying my knowledge and experience in an organization with the goal of providing hope to those most in need.

I´m excited about the capacity development process our staff is going through and the support I´m providing with my HR and management experience.  By developing our staff, we are ensuring that the families we serve can develop their capacities and have the opportunity of a brighter future.

In my free time I volunteer as a medical translator for HOPE Worldwide medical brigades, I love to spend time with my family and friends and I love to bake.
