Director of Regional Programs
I received a Masters Degree in Development Project Management from the Central American Public Administration Institute (ICAP) of San José Costa Rica, and a Bachelors Degree in Agronomy Engineering from Honduras National Autonomous University (UNAH). I have 19 year of experience working in Central American and Mexican development agencies focused on vulnerable population. My work has been primarily in agriculture, health, education, risk management, justice and Christian testimony.
Currently, I supervise programs operations in Honduras, Nicaragua and Mexico, facilitating leadership and technical support to national directors and managers and leading the regional team.
Before joining the staff at Agros, I worked for World Vision. I believe that God guided me to Agros. I have loved working for Agros because of the care I have for the families, and my passion for those who live in extreme poverty in rural areas. My goal is to create opportunities for these families to reach their potential. I also appreciate Agros' commitment to process improvement.
In my free time, I like to read, watch motivational and leadership videos, take vacations with my family, and cultivate strong friendships.
